Scope
These terms apply to your use of the public Taste POS website. They do not govern access to a deployed Taste POS product or paid services, which will be subject to a separate written agreement.
Website content
We aim to keep product information clear and current, but website content is provided for general information and is not a binding offer, service commitment or professional advice. Features, availability, implementation requirements and pricing must be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, falsely represent your identity, or use automated methods in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, Taste POS name, logo, interface material, copy and associated intellectual property belong to their respective owner or licensors. You may view the site for your own legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to this public website and are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on its general content.
